Terms of Service

1. Who this is

AI with Ann is operated by Egelhoff Management and Consulting LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company based in New Orleans, Louisiana. "We," "us," and "AI with Ann" mean Egelhoff Management and Consulting LLC. "You" means the client engaging our services.

2. What we do

We do the work ourselves, using AI as our own instrument behind the scenes. You never log into a tool, never see a prompt, and never do the drafting yourself — you review, approve, and receive what's actually yours.

3. Services & what's included

Resume — one service, three options, each including the one before it:

LinkedIn — one service, two options:

The Complete Package — the Resume Redo + ATS Version and the LinkedIn Profile Redo together, as one engagement. The Tailor Pack can be added on.

Every engagement is quoted in writing before work begins, and each service includes one round of revisions. What's not included, for any service: we don't apply to jobs on your behalf, provide interview coaching or negotiation support, or give legal, tax, or financial advice. Revisions beyond the included round, or new scope, are quoted separately before any work starts on them.

4. How AI is used

We use Claude, an AI assistant, as an internal drafting tool — the same way we might use a word processor. You never interact with it directly. Every piece of content is reviewed by Ann before it reaches you, and nothing is published or entered live on your behalf without your sign-off first.

5. Payment

Engagements are billed 50% deposit to begin, and the remaining 50% due on completion, before final files are delivered or anything goes live. We send an invoice for each installment. You can pay by Zelle, by Venmo (our business profile), or by check payable to Egelhoff Management and Consulting LLC — the invoice has the details. We don't take credit or debit cards at this time, we never collect or keep card or bank details, and nothing is ever auto-charged.

A payment counts as received when the funds have cleared into our account — Zelle and Venmo usually the same day; a check when our bank clears it. If a check is returned unpaid, that payment hasn't been received: delivery stays withheld until cleared funds arrive, and a $25 returned-check fee applies. If final payment isn't received, we hold delivery of the finished work rather than pursue any other collection method.

6. Your part

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during intake and reviews — your deliverables are built from what you tell us, and we rely on it being right. Timely responses keep your engagement moving; delays on your side extend the timeline. For Inbox Reset, you authorize us to access your mailbox for the working session, using the temporary app password you create — an authorization you can revoke at any time, and which we revoke ourselves, in front of you, at the end of every session.

7. Results

We help you present your experience clearly and professionally. We don't guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome — those depend on things outside our control, including the job market, hiring decisions, and your own follow-through. The same applies to any client testimonial shown on this site: one person's experience isn't a promise of another's.

8. Ownership

Once paid in full, the resume, profile copy, and any other deliverables are yours to use as you see fit. Internal templates and drafting tools we use to prepare it stay ours.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Ending an engagement

Either of us may end an engagement in writing at any time before final delivery. If that happens, refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy below — nothing more, nothing less.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, and any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The current version is always posted at this page, and continuing an engagement after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposit (first 50%)

Fully refundable if you cancel before drafting has begun. Once drafting is underway, the deposit is non-refundable — that time has already gone into your engagement.

How refunds are returned

The same way you paid — Zelle or Venmo back to the account it came from, or a check for a check payment — within 10 business days of your cancellation notice.

Final payment (second 50%)

Due on completion. The finished work is withheld until final payment is received in full — and "received" means cleared funds, as in section 5 above.

If you're not satisfied

Your included revision rounds are the first step to address specific, reasonable concerns before any refund request is considered.

Requests outside this policy

Reviewed case by case, and not guaranteed.
